Processing Time

Processing times vary by product type. In-stock items ship within 7–10 business days; made-to-order Detroit Deviant Originals take 14–21 business days; select kits may take up to 3 months. Carriers

USPS and UPS. Carrier selection is based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery estimates are from date of shipment, not order date. Delays due to weather, carrier disruptions, or events outside our control are not guaranteed.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Do not discard original packaging — carriers may require it for damage claims.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, first check with neighbors and building management. If the package can't be located, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date.
